Imax Services provides cloud-based solutions including Cloud Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Cloud Storage, Secure Webmail, and related SaaS infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and be responsible for all activities under your account. Imax Services is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for illegal activities, distribution of malware, unauthorized access, spam/abusive communications, or hosting prohibited content. Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

5. Payments & Billing

Services may require subscription or one-time payments. Fees are billed according to the selected plan. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and performance; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may cause temporary interruptions, and we are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Data & Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of your content and data. However, you are responsible for backing up your data, ensuring legal compliance, and securing your access permissions. Imax Services is not responsible for data loss unless required by law.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your own applications and must notify us immediately of any suspected security breach.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and service materials belong to Imax Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if your activities pose a risk to our infrastructure. You may cancel your account at any time subject to applicable billing terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imax Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding billing period.
